
Bubble Tea
A refreshing summer drink originally popularized in Taiwan. Simply combine milk, tea, boba balls, with some brown sugar, and you have yourself some Bubble Tea! Other flavours can also be added to this recipe.
Best served cold with ice and a straw.
Serves 2 - 4 people.
Milk powder enables you to customise the richness and creaminess of the milk, without adding any additional liquids.

Tips!
In a large saucepan, bring water to boil. Put the boba on a sieve atop the saucepan, and boil for 5 minutes.
When ready, take the boba out of saucepan and place it in a ceramic bowl. While still hot, add brown sugar and stir into hot boba till melted.
In a glass, add 35g milk powder to 250ml water, and stir until dissolved.
To prepare the tea, pour 500ml boiling water into tea pot. Add 4 tea bags and allow to infuse for 4 minutes. Then, allow to cool to room temperature.
In a serving glass, add a few scoops of boba balls and ice cubes. Then, pour 125ml (½ cup) tea and 125ml (½ cup) milk.
Add more tea or milk to match your personal taste.

4 to 6 Ice cubes (each glass)
