For Making the Pancakes
-
Use 1 and ½ cups of the dry ingredients. Add ¼ more if you like thicker pancakes. With a whisk, mix it with the wet ingredients into a bowl. Ensuring there are no significant lumps visible. Do not over-mix, the consistency should not be too runny or too thick, it should drip nicely off the spoon.

Heat a pan over medium heat. Use 1 tbsp butter to grease the pan. Add a sufficient amount of pancake batter and cook it for about 3 to 4 minutes, or until bubbles appear on the surface of the pancakes.

Flip and cook for further 1 to 2 minutes or until pancakes appear lightly golden and cooked through.
