Gourmet Coffee Creamer
If you like to add a bit of creamer into your morning or afternoon coffee and tea, then you probably already know that it can be a bit expensive. Powdered creamers have a longer shelf life, but why not learn to make your own better tasting one? And it's cheaper too!
Another big plus about making your own creamer is that you can customise it to your own taste buds. Maybe you love the flavour of vanilla, but you think store-bought vanilla creamers are too sweet. Just add a bit of vanilla powder to your creamer, and cut back on the amount of sugar you add.
This coffee creamer is natural, frothy and smooth!
In addition to coffee, you can also add a bit of your creamer to iced coffee, hot cocoa or any beverage there could use a creamy kick!
Tips!
-
Combine milk powder, sugar and vanilla (if using) in a bowl and whisk together.
-
Slowly pour the coconut oil into the bowl and whisk until there are no lumps left.
-
Store in an air-tight container up until 3 months.
