Mug Cake Mix
The quickest way to satisfy your cravings has to be this mug cake mix. A mug cake is a simple little treat whose ingredients are combined in a mug to be quickly baked in the microwave.
This mug mix will make 11 cakes in total, or if your mug is big enough for a double batch it will make 5.
*Please note that this recipe does not need a cake mix to start with, it is made without eggs and is prepared in the microwave.
Go all the way and top your mug cake with some chocolate chips or a scoop of ice cream.

Instruction – For the Cake Mix
In a large bowl, mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl until combined.
Instructions – For making the Mug Cake
Pour 4 tbsp of the cake mix with 2 tbsp water in a mug for each serve. Store unused cake mix in an airtight container for future use.
Bake the filled mug in microwave for 30-40 seconds.
Careful it is hot! Rest for 2 minutes before eating.
